具有中国特色的SaaS服务体系
中国数码构建了强大的信息化研发和运营团队，拥有软件研发人员接近2,000人，是科技部“长风联盟互联网信息服务业促进工作组”的主席单位，真正意义上提出了具有中国特色的SaaS服务体系，以SPS为核心构筑适合中国IT服务运营的标准和规范。在ICT基础建设方面，中国数码在北京、广州、苏州等地建立了专业的数据中心，实现了南北电信的互联互通，构建了高安全、高可靠的网络环境，拥有运营设备3,000余台；通过与NetApp、HP等公司建立联合实验室，实现了计算池化和存储池化；在电子商务领域，开创性地开发了按需服务、个性化服务的电子商务平台。现已申请了十多项技术专利，成为北京市专利引擎试点企业。
